These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and th16 Casino ("th16," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the th16 online gaming platform available at th16.app and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from th16 or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion program.
• You must not be listed on any government-issued exclusion register or prohibited persons list applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.

th16 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by th16 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) th16 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. th16 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts; any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended and associated balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your th16 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify th16 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. th16 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

th16 may require you to complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC documentation typically includes a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID card) and proof of address. th16 processes KYC information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

All transactions on the th16 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). th16 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method. th16 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals typically clear within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing times.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. th16 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification as described in Section 3. th16 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests at its discretion.

th16 does not accept deposits made using credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency. Attempting to deposit via a prohibited payment method may result in the transaction being declined and, in cases of repeated attempts, account review.

th16 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds.

Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless th16 expressly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game.

th16's random number generator (RNG) games use certified RNG technology to ensure that all game outcomes are random, fair, and independent of previous results. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for RNG games are published within the game information panels. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game variant.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, th16 will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. • Use a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your true location or circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engage in money laundering or use the Platform to process proceeds of crime.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse th16 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Register or operate more than one account, or allow another person to use your account.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities where warranted.

All content on the th16 Platform — including but not limited to the th16 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of th16 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without th16's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, th16 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if th16 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

th16's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your th16 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

th16 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. th16 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose.

th16 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. th16 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Upon termination of your account for cause, th16 may forfeit any remaining balance in accordance with applicable law and these Terms. Where an account is closed at your request and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

th16 may amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Platform. Where changes are material, th16 will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting th16 support. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the closure date.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and th16, you agree to first contact th16's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines with competent jurisdiction.
